Returns Policy
	We will offer a refund, credit note or exchange for unworn, undamaged items within 14 days of dispatch. The date your items were dispatched by Translife Limited will be detailed on the delivery note that arrives with your order. If you are returning an item you believe to be faulty more than 14 days after it was dispatched to you, please call our customer services on 0207 348 0864 before returning the item to discuss the perceived fault and the procedure to follow. If you are returning an item because it is unsuitable, we will refund the cost of the returned item and you will be liable for the return postage.An administration / re-stocking charge of £5 will apply unless items are returned for replacement or are faulity in design. Some replacement items such as corsets are subject to a £25 re-stocking charge if none standard colours / materials are purchased. Due to hygiene or copying rules the following items are none refundable: CD's Underwear
Postage And Packing
	There are NO identification marks on any of our packaging to identify either the content or the supplier of the items, as a general guide our products are supplied as follows: Breast forms and footwear- Boxed (as shown to the left) All other items are packed in a padded sealed envelope All items are sent via Royal Mail Recorded delivery including international orders. If you wish to have the items sent via 'normal' post ie not signed for then please indicate this request in the comments area of the order.

Refunds Policy
	You have the right to cancel the order within seven (7) days of receiving the goods without giving a reason should you wish, a refund less any postage incurred by the company will be made against your credit card. The goods must be returned to us in an unused condition within 14 days. The company reserve the right to refund in part the price of the item's if the said item's have been used or damaged whilst in your possession. Prior to returning the goods you please complete the returns note form included with the goods on shipment if one is not available please include your name and address details. You must ensure that the goods are returned to us using a recorded delivery service at your cost. If the goods are provided in error or are not of merchantable quality the company will refund the postage cost in addition to any refunds. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Collecting Goods
	We appreciate that not all our clients can have their items delivered to their home address, therefore, you can if you wish arrange for the items to be collected from our West Kensington address if this helps?

	Please be assured we do not send ANY information through to your home address unless requested.
